ORGANISM MANUAL
REGISTRATION

Automatically the main screen of the Engarde-Service platform will open.
If you don't have a user yet, click on the top right corner to register.
If you already have an account you can use your current credentials
Note:
If Before starting your registration you wish to change the language you can do so by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner where it will automatically open a screen that will expand the option to change the language.
To create an account enter your data:
Your organism
​•Login of the organism
(name without blank space, the organism must be represented by a single person )
•Name of the organism
•Status (International or national Federation, Club, League, state or region.)
•Country
•Address
•Postal code
•City
Contact
​
•Last name
•First name
•Billing information
(personal or professional)
Password
•Your password
•Confirm password
Then respond to the question to validate the register, accept the “mandatory field”, press the register button and you will be able to enjoy the tools that Engarde-Service offers.
MY ACCOUNT:
In this section you can make all the modifications to your account.
INFORMATION:
Section where you can edit the details of your organism
BANNERS:
Section where you can edit the appearance of your channel within Engarde Service.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CHANNEL LOGO
BANNER CHANNEL
In this section you can change the Banner of your Channel.
As you upload banners, they become available in your banner collection.
HOW TO ADD A BANNER:
MINI BANNER
The Mini Banner is the image with which you can identify the channel of your organism in the channel list.
HOW TO ADD A MINI BANNER:
TOURNAMENTS/COMPETITIONS:
Section where competitions are created within Engarde Service.
HOW TO CREATE A TOURNAMENT ON ENGARDE SERVICE.
This is what the newly created tournament will initially look like in your channel list.
Inside the tournament you will have the following options:

DELETE TOURNAMENT
EDIT TOURNAMENT
NEW COMPETITION
HOW TO CREATE A COMPETITION
When you click on NEW COMPETITION, the window where you have to enter all the information of the competition will appear.
After completing the form click on the button CREATE A COMPETITION.
The created competition will then appear as in the next image.
ADD OR EDIT COMPETITIONS TO AN EXISTING TOURNAMENT
If you are logged into the site and wish to add, edit or remove a competition from an existing tournament, follow the path below:
VIEW ACCOUNT --> TOURNAMENTS/COMPETITIONS
Click on the tournament you wish to modify then you will have the list of competitions and you will have the options to create and edit competitions within the selected tournament.
CONNECT MY COMPETITION TO ENGARDE SERVICE
In Engarde software

1. Open the competition you want to publish
​
2. Before making the connection go to web panel menu - parameters - other connection
Enter in Engarde Service ; Click on connection
6. Enter:
- The name of the organism
- The organism password
- The name of the tournament
- The name of the competition
IMPORTANT:
All these data must be previously created in Engarde Service.
